Alivia Genai Fortune transitioned this earthly life on Sunday, October 16, 2022. She was 5 years old. She started her earthly journey on July 10, 2017 born to Adrian J. Fortune and Vanessa Graham Fortune. She was full of life and loved her family wholeheartedly. In the five years that she lived, she touched the lives of many by bringing joy and great energy. Her smile and dimples would brighten any room that she entered.
Alivia affectionately called "Livi" and "Boss Lady" by her Paw Paw was a member and attended church with her family at First Walnut Grove COGIC. She completed preschool at The Growing Patch Daycare in Walnut Grove, MS. She was a kindergartener at Leake Central Elementary, where she loved her teachers and precious little classmates.
Alivia enjoyed riding four wheelers, swimming, making TikTok videos with her sisters, and riding her hoverboard. She had a way of getting her way with her parents and especially her grandparents.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather Truman Fortune, Sr., an uncle Truman Fortune, Jr., Great Grandparents Billy Graham & Jessilyn Lloyd, Luckett Sr. & Ruthie J. Fortune and William & Welthia Stribling.
Left to treasure her memories are her loving parents who adored and cherished her Adrian and Vanessa Fortune. Her sisters Ava Grace and Adre Gracelynn. Grandparents Mother Sylvia J. Fortune, Emmie Mann (Darrell), Terrell Graham (Trenda). Great Grandparents Cora Stewart Graham & Wendell Lloyd. Aunts and Uncles, Shaunta Wilson (Mickey), Amanda Fortune, Ashley May (Warren), David Parrott (Angela), and Anthony Luckett.
Alivia will be sorely missed by the genuine love, hugs, kisses, and joy that she brought to their lives. But, the family finds comfort in knowing that she has gained her wings and reunited with her Paw Paw Truman.
