July 17, 1959, marked the beginning of the life of Mr. Earmon Berryman, who was born in Tchula, Mississippi, to the late Edgar Berryman and Nellie Ruth Kirkland. He was one of three brothers and held a special place within his family.
Mr. Berryman transitioned from this life on April 26, 2026, at Manhattan Nursing Home in Jackson, Mississippi.
In 1962, he and his family relocated to Leake County, Mississippi, where he received his early education. He also spent time in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he attended school while living with his brother, Lacy.
Earmon was known for his gentle spirit. Throughout his life, he formed many friendships and was loved by all who knew him. His brothers, Edgar and Lacy, often shared how special he was to them.
He had a unique and memorable personality and found joy in trading items, often exchanging new belongings with multiple people in a single day something that brought him happiness and connected him with others.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two aunts, seven uncles, and numerous cousins.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving brothers, Lacy Kirkland (Yvonne) and Edgar Berryman (Dorothy); one niece, Jacqueline Morena; nephews Antonio Ragsdale and Steven Lewis; first cousins Ruth Nell Reid and Navon Kirkland; along with a vast array of other relatives and dear friends.
The time has come for “Buddy” to take his rest. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved him.
